Idd Aziz is a talented Kenyan Afro-Fusion and Afro-House singer-songwriter and performer. Idd Aziz is renowned for his hit songCome Dada featuring Khaligraph Jones. His music defines a combination of expressive, compassionate, and soulful rhythms that create a unique sound for the musical market worldwide. Idd’s versatility has been evident with his recent Afro-House tracks that made him rule the airwaves in Europe and South Africa. 

 

Idd has performed at various festivals around the world and has also shared the stage with notable legends in the entertainment industry, such as Angelique Kids, Salif Keith, Alpha Blonde, and Youssou N’dour. He was also part of the Kenyan delegation of artists who performed at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington DC in 2014. In 2017 Idd was privileged to be part of the Coke Studio Africa, as a percussionist. He prides himself in singing in his native language and a mix of Kiswahili as is evident in his debut album ‘Africala’ meaning Great Africa.


Idd made his Deep Root Tribe debut with Nitefreak’s ‘Hinde’, and his subsequent remix by Emvafaya.
